REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
- Return Policy: Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.
- Return or Exchange Period: You can return or exchange your purchase within 5 days of receiving it. Please make sure to initiate the return or exchange process within this time frame.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: Please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This video is mandatory for raising any disputes or return requests.
- Product Eligibility: Return or exchange is available for selected products only. You can find return information on the product page on our website. Please note that the return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.
- Self-Ship Option: If pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
- Return/Exchange Charges: Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.
Note for Return:
- Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have its original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- Return or exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (refer to the product page) will not be accepted.
